I was once in your exact position

After 15 years of serving in the military, I found myself stuck in a cycle of chronic pain.

I did the surgeries. I took the medications. I followed every doctor's order, but the chronic pain never left. I remember waking up every single morning thinking, “Is this really what the rest of my life is going to be?” I felt hopeless, and I knew if I didn't change something, the pain was going to consume me.

So, I dug deeper. Over the span of 25 years, I obsessed over what it actually means to move freely and age with resilience. I explored movement all over the world —> everything from high-impact sports and CrossFit to gymnastics and yoga. I lived in cultures that don't have the "luxuries" of chairs or beds, and I watched how they stayed fluid into their 90s.

I didn't just learn these techniques; I used them to truly heal. I know this life is worth living to the fullest, and I’m here to show you that your body isn't a lost cause, it’s just waiting to be rediscovered.
